ProofPR provides AI visibility audits, free AI snapshots and PR coverage reports as described on this website and in your order.
AI answers
Audits and snapshots record what AI assistants said at the time of testing. These answers change over time and may contain errors made by the assistants themselves. We report them accurately but cannot control them.
Your content
You keep all rights to the coverage, clips, logos and data you send us. You confirm you are allowed to share them with us for reporting. Reports we produce for you are yours to use with your clients.
Payment
One-time services are paid in advance. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Prices for Indian clients are shown before GST.
Refunds
If we have not started work, we refund in full. Once delivered, we will revise a report that does not match what was agreed. Details: refund and cancellation policy.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
