ProofPR ("we") provides AI visibility audits and PR coverage reporting. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you send through our forms: name, email, company, phone number, country and your message.
- Brand names, websites and competitors you ask us to check.
- Coverage links, clips and files you send for reports.
- Basic technical data such as a one-way hashed IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to you and deliver the services you request.
- To send invoices and service updates.
- To prevent spam and misuse of our free tools.
We do not sell your information. We do not use client coverage or reports for any purpose other than producing your deliverables.
AI services
To produce snapshots and audits we send brand names and questions to AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Perplexity. We do not send your personal contact details to these providers.
Other service providers
To capture screenshots of online coverage we may send the public article link to a screenshot service. If you use our mobile app, we store a notification token for your device so we can tell you when a report is ready; notifications are delivered through Expo, Apple and Google. You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings.
Payments
Payments by bank transfer go directly to our bank account. If you pay online, the payment is handled by our payment partners (for example Razorpay or PayPal), and we do not see or store your card details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and project files for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information at any time, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the GDPR where it applies. Write to hello@getproofpr.com.
